The villa consists of four floors, including a lovely furnished roof terrace with a Jacuzzi and magnificent views of the sea, Port of Denia, Montgo Mountain and Denia castle.
 
The complex offers a large swimming pool with a children's pool and a communal tennis court with floodlights. A private terrace with small garden, dining area and barbecue. The front terrace offers direct access to community facilities. The complex also has a private garage with direct access to the villa.
 
In Denia town centre where you can find many restaurants, supermarkets can be reached in 3-4 minutes. Marineta Cassianabeach in Las Rotas is also close by and only 4 minutes away.

Mount Montgó Natural Park was declared a Natural Park in 1987, there are a number of marked out walking routes. In early spring the orchards are full of almonds and cherry blossom, making it especially beautiful when exploring the mountain. On the adventure there are many small historic villages and hidden valleys to be found, making it a fabulous day out.
 
Marineta Cassiana beach is a very spacious beach situated next to the Port of Denia on the southern side Las Rotas. The surroundings are pleasant including lots of chalets with stunning vegetation, palm trees and pines, making it very beautiful.
There are many beach bars, water sports available and great area for people new to diving due to the shallow waters.

Denia Castle is upon a rock crag built in the 11th and 12th century offers breathe taking views and perfect opportunities to take magnificent pictures, also within the castle itself is a museum offering a more in-depth history in the origin of Denia.

The fishing port of Denia has everything to offer not only does it have a long beautiful sandy beach, sea front cafes, bars and restaurants, but it has many boutiques that can be found in the town along with even more excellent restaurants. In the evenings you can walk along the sea front and actually purchase the days freshly caught fish from La Lonja Fish Market.

Denia Marina is newly built with bars, beautiful yachts, and power boats and well worth a visit. You can sit in one of the bars for hours just admiring these magnificent boats sailing around on the Mediterranean.
